Welcome everyone to the 29 again?? Birthday Blog Hop. You should have arrived from Janet but in case you stumbled upon my blog you can start at the beginning with Deb our fabulous hostess!!! Don't forget to comment on all the stops, you don't want to miss out on this fabulous Grand Prize Package! Prizes include $20.00 in files for Little Scraps of Heaven & also Kristal at {www.gettingcricky.com } is donating a stamp set, Deb will be donating a bunch of crafting items .. And all of our blog participants will also have blog candy along the way! This is my first blog hop also so I am extra excited to share!
My project for the hop is a card featuring Marci from LaLa Land Crafts. Another hobby I enjoy besides paper crafting is cake decorating so I love this stamp! I cut the banner from my Spellbinders and used some Trendy Twine to thread it through. I colored Marci with my Copics and put her on a layered Spellbinder cut. I embossed and distressed the background papers and added some pretty raspberry ribbon. Great for a Happy Birthday!
Now for some tasty blog candy! One lucky commenter will win an assortment of cardmaking/scrapbooking goodies including some Trendy Twine Halloween blend to use on upcoming holiday projects! Just leave me a comment about your best birthday and make sure I am able to contact you. If you enjoy what you see, I would be honored if you become a follower! Now it's time to hop on over to Lisa Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop!

Love the card. You did such a great job embossing that I thought it was actual fabric in the background. I'm following to see what else you have up your sleeve. I've had a few cool birthdays but my 17th was pretty cool when I arrived home from work and opened the garage door there was a Mustang car waiting for me. http://lorbysworld.blogsopt.com/

Jill, you're card was adorable...just one small problem ...where's the cake to sample???? Loved the design, especially the banner. My best birthday was last year for my 60th. I planned the whole thing at a cooking school and all the guests were able to prepare their own creme brulee and also participate in preparing the meal. Soooo much fun, I'll have to post pictures on my blog.
