Devilish Diva's Halloween blog hop with Kenny K

Welcome to the Devilish Divas Halloween blog hop!  You should have arrived here from  Lynne's blog.  If you are just joining the hop and want to start from the beginning, please visit Dena's blog and begin there so you don’t miss out on any of the cool projects!
This is a Halloween-themed hop sponsored by Kenny K Downloads.  One lucky winner will win their choice of FIVE digi’s from the Kenny K Downloads store along with a fun Halloween goodie bag sponsored by our hostess, Dena Jones.  Details on how to enter are at the bottom of this post.  Here is a brief bio on our sponsor:

Digi and rubber stamps from KennyK are a fun and edgy way to add the perfect dose of attitude and style to all your creations!
The creator, the artist, the man:  KennyK is a NYC-born professional illustrator who has brought his funky-but-slick, urban-influenced look to the cardmaking and papercrafts world.  His signature style can be seen throughout his various collection of pinup babes, sweet ‘n sassy girls, cool rockin’ dudes, kid’s stuff, retro characters and more at www.kennykdownloads.com.

Now, on to my project:
I used Trixxie Treat and the Haunted House background. I colored the Haunted House background with Prismacolor Pencils and Trixxie with my Copics. I cut the web and spider on my Cameo and embossed the web with hologram powder. Stamped the Spider with Brilliance Platinum Planet. I frayed the edges of Plum mulberry paper to frame the background and sponged it with Brillance Black Lightning. I used Peridot embossing powder and Black Lightning on the edges of the Haunted House background also. I used a little Ribbon Carousel olive mesh ribbon to mount Trixxie and some gorgeous Trendy Twine's in Licorice blends for the tag.
Speaking of twine I have 5 yds of each of these Trendy Twine colors~Orange, Lime, Grape and Grey (perfect for Halloween) as my blog candy (sorry I can only ship within the US)

Hope you enjoyed your visit! If you'd like a chance to win our blog hop candy, here's what you need to do:

Evan made the team!

If you are looking for Jamie's birthday hop go here.

This little project I made to congratulate my daughter's boyfriend Evan for making the football team at school. I am also entering it in a challenge at Jaded Blossom. I used Jaded Blossom Sport Kisses stamps for the Hershey Kisses (stamped with Stampin Up Midnight Muse and Summer Starfruit~new In Colors for 2012-2014) And Congratulations is from Jaded Blossom's Simple Sayings. Mounted on cuts from the Jaded Blossom flag die in a Jaded Blossom gift bag. I cut the football on my Cameo and the image is La La Land Crafts Football Luka that I colored with Copics in their High School colors with a bit of gold Stickles on top. I hope he likes it but I think he will. I must admit I totally got the idea from Stefani at Styles By Stefani because I was stumped if I should make a card or what then she posted the cutest similar idea and I had to steal it! Check out her project too she is so inspirational!

Jamie's August 18th Birthday Hop

I am delighted to be participating in my wonderful friend Jamie's birthday hop to help celebrate her birthday! You should have arrived from Ashley but if not you'll want to start at the beginning with Jamie because you won't want to miss a thing! Also be sure to comment on all the blogs and stop by Scraptastical-Kreations and leave some love because they are generously offering some tasty blog candy ~ $15 in free files ~ to one lucky commenter and they have some awesome files!

My family has many birthdays to celebrate in August also (including mine and my cousin tomorrow) so I've made quite a few birthday cards recently. I've made this one using a darling Greeting Farm stamp that I colored with Copics and a bit of Liquid Pearls on her flower. I used Stampin Up So Saffron, Calypso Coral and Twitterpated papers, an SU embossing folder, some MayArts Ribbon Carousel ribbon and for the first time I tried some washi tape! I hope you enjoyed my project and the next stop on the hop is Maria.

Aunt Debby's Birthday Card

This is a card I made recently for my Aunt's birthday.
I would have liked more time to make it (everything unplanned popped up!) but it was cute nonetheless! I used a La La Land Marci stamp that my girls chose, colored with Copics and some Stampin Up paper.
The inside I used a metallic gel pen and my Cameo to write and cut.
Here we made a quick gift bag of kisses stamped with various Jaded Blossom stamps.

Let's Party

I made this card for my daughter's friend's 15th birthday.

Kraftin' Kimmie Baby card

This card was made for a friend who is expecting and she does not know the gender. She wants to be surprised. I wish I could have been that patient lol!
I used a Kraftin' Kimmie image along with sentiment. I colored with my Copics and got her haircolor just right for the new mom! I sponged some Distress Ink around the edges of the oval (cut on my Cameo) All paper is Stampin Up and also the ribbon and sentiment punch. I used Cottage Cutz dies for the pennant, cut the letters on the Cameo and strung it together with twine (I think Divine Twine). Embossed with the Swiss Dots folder and stitched on my sewing machine.

Stamoped with Momenta inks colored with Copics. The flag dies and sentiment are from Jaded Blossom. Buttercream Twinery Twine and some buttons secured with Helmar Scrap Dots.
The inside of the card is stamped with Hero Arts, Lawn Fawn and Clear and Simple Stamps. Stampin Up Early Espresso ink.
