Hi! I am a 39 year old stay at home mom (most of the time). I am a hairstylist that scaled back greatly when I had three babies within a year. The twins are now 5 and the youngest is 4 and I also have a 16 year old. All girls! I love working with vinyl, Jaded Blossom, Stampin' Up!, Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, my Cameo and my Copics among other creative things! I enjoy cake decorating, stamping, scrapping, card making and most things crafty! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy!

Crayon Wreaths

This is a crayon wreath I made for my girls PreK teacher. I used two embroidery hoops size 6 inches and 10 inches and hot glued 50 crayons to them.
The cuts were made on my Cricut. The pencil was on Smiley Cards. The apple was from Doodlecharms.
Scissors were from Happily Ever After. The blocks were cut with a 1 inch punch and Plantin Schoolbook letters at 1 inch. Stampin up bow.
 Bus is from Doodlecharms.
The chalkboard is painted with chalkboard paint so it can be changed if needed.
This is a wreath I made for the girls substitute when their teacher was on leave of absence. Basically the same. Rosette made from BoBunny paper, Stampin Up punch and ribbon from my stash.

Fall layout

This is my Fall layout for my PaperHoarders design team. Our challenge is to use Fall colors. I used paper from an older DCWV Autumn stack. I cut the lettering on my Cricut with Plantin Schoolbook and sponged it in gold and embossed it. I sponged the edges of the paper in gold lightly. I think I will put pictures of my girls at the pumpkin patch on this layout.

1st Day of School

I made this layout for the PaperHoarders Design Team I am on. It is my twins' first day of PreK. I will add a picture of each of them in the circles of the word School and also in the 3 mats below. The alphabet tree paper has not been secured at the top so I can tuck other notes in. I used DCWV Grade School stack and Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cartridge. I journaled on regular notebook paper about how much they enjoyed their first day. They were so tired out they fell asleep on the bus ride home!

Father's Day Cards

I am catching up on posting some older projects since I recently started this blog. These are 2 Father's Day cards made for my father and my husband. My little ones made cards for Daddy but also love all my border cutting scissors so basically shredded the cards they made him :)
This was for my husband who had been working around the house. Letters cut on the Cricut with Plantin Schoolbook. Tools stamped with a Fiskars stamp (I think) and colored with Copics and covered in Glossy Accents.
This card I made for my father who enjoys fishing. The stamps are all Stampin Up colored with Copics. Cut out with scalloped squares Nestabilities. Happy Father's Day was stamped and embossed with a silver. Fish covered in glossy accents. Back layers were embossed with Stampin Up folders and sprayed with homemade glimmer mist.
